The Supplier Risk and Impact Model

Modern Supply chains face increasing pressure from CSRD regulations, Scope 3 emissions reporting, and Procurement Risk management. Organisations must understand not only how much they spend with suppliers, but also how critical those suppliers are, how reliable their data is, and how much environmental impact they generate. This report presents a unified Supplier Risk & Impact Model that integrates four key dimensions: 1. Annual Spend 2. Operational Criticality 3. Total Emissions (Scope 1+2+3) 4. SDQI (Supplier Data Quality Index) The model produces a single Supplier Priority Score (0-100) and classifies suppliers into Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 for targeted action.
